Workleap offers three subscription tiers for organizations. API access is available starting with the Pro plan. The Standard plan provides the core employee experience suite without programmatic API access. Enterprise pricing is custom for organizations with 250 or more employees.

Pro

Everything in Standard plus advanced intelligence, compensation benchmarking, pay bands, API access, SAML SSO, custom properties and segments, and personalized onboarding. API access is unlocked at this tier.

Enterprise

Custom pricing for organizations with 250 or more employees. Includes all Pro features with enterprise-grade support, dedicated onboarding, and tailored SLAs. Contact sales for a quote.

Manager Agent Add-On

An optional add-on available to Pro and Enterprise customers that provides AI-powered proactive insights, performance review drafting, decision assistance, meeting intelligence, and advanced memory for managers.
