Plans

Foundations paid

Base plan with core spend management capabilities including unlimited cards, users, and control settings. Includes physical and virtual cards, receipt OCR, expense reimbursement, SSO/SAML, Slack integration, and 40+ pre-built integrations. API access is not included.

Premium paid

Extends Foundations with API access enabled. Includes access to the Spendesk Public API for building custom integrations. Users can create API credentials (client ID / client secret) via Settings > Integrations.

Enterprise enterprise

Full-featured enterprise plan with all add-on modules available, including Procurement (Procure-to-Pay), Accounts Payable, Advanced Workflows & Policies, Multi-Entity Management, HR & ERP Integrations, and AI-based Automation and Fraud Detection. Full API access included.
