Open-source MIT-licensed core of Shopware 6. Free to use with no GMV cap for shops under €1M GMV; merchants over €1M GMV must upgrade to a paid plan. Includes core product management, sales channels, and access to the developer community.
Entry-level commercial plan starting at €600/month. Includes Shopware Intelligence AI features, unlimited sales channels, Flow Builder, customer groups, promotions, SEO tools, and Basic Support with 8-hour service reaction time.
Mid-tier commercial plan starting at €2,400/month. Includes everything in Rise plus B2B Components, Advanced Search, Dynamic Access controls, quote management, quick ordering, shopping lists, Form Builder, and Enhanced Support with 4-hour reaction time and phone support.
Enterprise-tier plan with custom pricing. Includes everything in Evolve plus Digital Sales Rooms, Multi-Inventory management, customer-specific pricing, subscriptions, and 24/7 Priority Support with 1-hour reaction time, personal account manager, and dedicated onboarding.
Optional AI add-on available for any plan. Provides unlimited usage of Copilot (Agentic and Data Insights), Image Editor, 3D Preview Generator, and CAD to 3D conversion. Priced at €29/month on Community Edition or €19/month on paid plans.
