Sendbird Plans Pricing
Sendbird prices its Chat product on a Monthly Active User (MAU) tiered subscription model. Each plan (Starter, Pro) is offered at multiple MAU tiers (5K, 10K, 25K) with monthly or annual billing options; annual billing is discounted. Free Trial gates at 1K MAU and forbids overage. Enterprise is custom-priced and supports millions of MAU. Peak concurrent connections are capped at 5% of MAU on Starter and Pro.
