Rossum sells four published tiers — Starter, Business, Enterprise and Ultimate — with pricing scaling by document volume and workflow complexity. Annual contracts; one-year minimum. Per-page overage pricing applies above the negotiated bundle.

Starting at $18,000/year. Unlimited seats; document ingestion, AI extraction, validation screen, API access.
Adds custom business logic, master data matching, duplicate detection, intelligent mailbox, ERP integrations (SAP, Coupa).
Adds SSO, sandbox, document translation, extended master data matching, custom branding.
For large organisations with millions of transactions; multi-document support, custom email domains, embeddable interfaces, 3-year archive.
Per-page billing applies if the negotiated document/page bundle is exceeded.
