The plans below capture the visible commercial surfaces (QCS reservations, Novera on-prem QPU, Quantum Foundry Services, and third-party indirect access via AWS Braket / Azure Quantum).

Plans
Time-boxed exclusive access to a Rigetti QPU via the QCS Reservations API. Reservations are billed against a QCS group or user account; pricing is contract-driven and not posted publicly. The QCS API exposes balance, invoice, invoice-line, and upcoming-invoice resources to track consumption.
Initial QCS account creation and onboarding through https://www.rigetti.com/get-quantum. Access requires account approval; once approved, the user can download a 24-hour OAuth2 access token from https://qcs.rigetti.com/auth/token.
Rigetti's 9-qubit superconducting QPU sold as on-premises hardware with dilution refrigerator requirements. Targeted at national labs, universities, and corporate R&D buyers. Capital purchase plus service agreement; pricing quoted per customer.
Custom quantum hardware development, fabrication, and co-design engagements at Rigetti's Fab-1 facility in Fremont, CA. Includes Phasecraft, Oxford Instruments, and government / academic partner programs.
Indirect QCS access via AWS Braket — Rigetti QPUs are exposed as third-party Braket devices. Pricing follows Braket's per-task + per-shot model (see Braket pricing for the active Rigetti device family). Customers pay AWS rather than Rigetti directly.
Indirect QCS access via Microsoft Azure Quantum — Rigetti is exposed as an Azure Quantum provider. Pricing follows the Azure Quantum plan attached to the customer's Azure subscription. Customers pay Microsoft.
