PubChem is a free, open-access service provided by the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI), a division of the National Library of Medicine (NLM) at the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH). There are no paid plans or subscription tiers. All APIs are publicly available without charge. An optional NCBI API key can be registered to increase rate limits.
