Polygon ID (rebranded as Privado ID) is open-source and free to self-host. Revenue is generated through managed cloud services, credential transaction fees, and enterprise support contracts.

Plans is the machine-readable pricing-plan profile for Polygon ID on the APIs.io network, conforming to the API Commons Plans specification.

It defines 3 plans, with named plans including Open Source / Self-Hosted, Managed Cloud (Credential Fees), Enterprise.

Open Source / Self-Hosted

The full Issuer Node, Verifier SDK, and JS-SDK are available under Apache-2.0 and MIT licenses. Operators run their own infrastructure at no licensing cost.

Managed Cloud (Credential Fees)

Privado ID plans a managed cloud offering where verifiers pay per credential use/reuse. Exact per-unit pricing had not been publicly published at time of research (June 2026).

Enterprise

Custom SLA contracts for government and large-scale private deployments requiring private infrastructure, dedicated support, and tailored development.
