Oracle Primavera Plans Pricing

Oracle Primavera is sold across two principal commercial paths. Oracle Primavera Cloud (project planning, scheduling, portfolio, risk) is a SaaS subscription billed per Hosted Named User per month, with separate role metrics for read-only viewers and integration users. Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM is also available on-premises licensed per processor or per named-user-plus on the Oracle Technology Global Price List, with separate Primavera Gateway and Analytics SKUs. There is no free or per-API public tier; the Primavera REST APIs (P6 EPPM, Gateway, Analytics, Scheduling) are included with any active subscription. Engage Oracle Sales for the per-user rate.
