Production-grade access to OpenRouteService with higher daily quotas and per-minute rate limits suitable for commercial applications and services. Requires a paid subscription via HeiGIT account.
Elevated access plan for humanitarian organizations, academic institutions, governmental bodies, and not-for-profit entities. Eligible organizations can request an upgrade through the HeiGIT account dashboard. Includes higher quotas and a larger Export V2 bounding box limit of 50 km2.
Unlimited access by running your own OpenRouteService instance on your own infrastructure via Docker, JAR, or WAR deployment. All services are available without quota restrictions, including technical endpoints like Health and Status that are not available on the public API. The software is open source under the LGPL-3.0 license.
