Nih Plans Pricing

NIH and NCBI APIs are provided as free public services with no cost to access. All APIs are publicly funded and offered without subscription fees. Access tiers are differentiated primarily by API key registration, which unlocks higher rate limits.

It defines 5 plans, with named plans including Anonymous / No Key, Registered API Key, Enhanced API Key (High Volume), PubChem Access, NIH RePORTER Access.
