Open, self-service access to sandbox environments for all NHS APIs. No registration required for the sandbox. Developers can explore endpoints, test integrations, and review mock responses without credentials.
Access to NHS integration (int) test environments for organisations that have registered with NHS Digital and received test credentials. Requires completing the initial Digital Onboarding Service application and receiving NHS England approval.
Live production access for approved NHS organisations and technology suppliers. Requires full onboarding assurance including technical, clinical safety, information governance, and security reviews. Access is governed by a signed agreement with NHS England.
