Scale

Mid-tier plan for multi-team deployments. Adds data lake support (Databricks, Hive, Glue, Azure), database integrations, GenAI pipeline monitoring, Data Mesh functionality, advanced security with SSO and PII filtering, incident automation, and expert onboarding with a 48-hour support SLA.

Enterprise

Comprehensive plan for large organizations requiring EDW support (Oracle, SAP HANA, Teradata), multi-workspace management, enterprise governance integrations with ServiceNow and data catalogs, audit logging, expert-led implementation, and a 24-hour support SLA.
