Microsoft Purview is sold under two parallel commercial models. Microsoft Purview Suite is user-based ($12/user/month with annual commitment, paid via M365 commerce; requires M365 E3 / EMS+E3 prerequisite). Pay-As-You-Go pricing covers data-estate features (data map, scanning, policy enforcement, data security investigations) and is metered through an Azure subscription.
