Lytics offers three pricing tiers based on monthly profile update credits. Credits represent profile update events: inbound data events consume 1 credit each, Cloud Connect warehouse syncs consume 0.5 credits per row. Plans differ in monthly credit allocation, data retention, domain limits, connector access, and support level.

Mid-tier plan for growing marketing teams requiring server-side connectors, extended data retention, custom schema, real-time profiles, computed traits, and interest engine capabilities. Overages auto-enroll into higher credit tier.
Full-featured plan for large enterprises requiring custom credit volumes, 2-year data retention, SSO, dedicated support with SLA, region control, multi-account access, and daily data sync capabilities. Pricing negotiated directly with Lytics.
