LinkedIn does not charge per-call for its public APIs. Access is gated by program approval rather than tiered pricing. Consumer-facing products (Sign In, Share, Verified) are free. Marketing, Talent, Sales Navigator, Learning, and Compliance APIs are gated through partner programs and access tiers (Development, Standard, Enterprise) — what costs money is the underlying LinkedIn product (ad spend, Recruiter / Sales Navigator / Learning seats), not the API itself.
