LayerZero provides its core Scan API (message tracking) and chain/token discovery endpoints of the Value Transfer API without authentication. Production use of quote generation, transfer execution, and OFT transfer endpoints requires an API key obtained directly from the LayerZero team. There are no publicly documented paid tiers — access is provisioned on a per-project basis.
