Lattice Plans Pricing
Lattice uses a modular, per-employee-per-month (PEPM) pricing model billed annually. Customers purchase a base platform and add individual modules (Performance, Goals/OKRs, Engagement, Compensation, HRIS) as needed. There is no free tier; all plans require a minimum annual contract of approximately $4,000. API access is available with paid plans and is included for Performance Management subscribers.

OKR and goal-setting module that can be purchased as a standalone add-on or bundled with Performance Management. Includes access to Goals API endpoints.
Employee engagement survey module covering eNPS, pulse surveys, and engagement drivers analytics.
Compensation management module for merit cycles, bands, and pay equity analysis. Typically bundled with Performance for compensation review workflows.
Core HR (HRIS) module for employee records, org chart, time off, onboarding/offboarding, and SCIM provisioning. Includes access to the Lattice HRIS API (v2) and service account authentication.
Full platform bundle with all modules, dedicated CSM, advanced analytics, custom integrations, and SLA guarantees. Custom pricing negotiated directly with Lattice.
