All Copernicus Marine APIs are freely available to anyone worldwide at no cost. A free Copernicus Marine account (registered at data.marine.copernicus.eu/register) is required to access the Toolbox API and WMTS visualization service. The CSW catalogue service requires no account. There are no data volume quotas, no bandwidth limits, and no expiry on free accounts.
