Google Workspace is sold as per-user-per-month subscriptions across four editions — Business Starter, Business Standard, Business Plus, and Enterprise. The Workspace REST APIs (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Admin SDK, Chat, etc.) are included with any Workspace subscription at no per-call charge; usage is governed by published Google API quotas.
