First Data Plans Pricing
First Data is now part of Fiserv (acquired 2019). Public access to Fiserv developer APIs (Commerce Hub, Carat, Cash Flow Central, etc.) is gated behind merchant onboarding. Pricing is custom-negotiated per merchant agreement and is not publicly listed; merchant discount rate (MDR), per-transaction fees, monthly fees, and gateway/PCI fees are scoped on the merchant services contract. The developer portal exposes documentation and sandbox access at developer.fiserv.com without published rate cards.
