Commercial plans for the Estated Property Data API. Estated historically offered self-serve pay-as-you-go and subscription tiers, with bulk/enterprise pricing handled directly. Since the 2020 ATTOM Data acquisition, new customer pricing is increasingly being routed through ATTOM Property Data API plans, but existing Estated tokens remain valid. The exact public pricing schedule is no longer prominently published on estated.com, so this file captures the structural shape of the offering rather than active per-unit dollar amounts.
