The Copernicus Data Space Ecosystem (CDSE) offers a free-tier account for all registered users with monthly quotas replenished on the first day of each month. ESA Space Weather HAPI requires M2M credentials but does not publish metered billing. ESA Gaia TAP, ESASky Legacy TAP, and ESA CCI ESGF are open-access scientific services with no published pricing. The ESA Datalabs GraphQL API requires an ESA Cosmos LDAP account and is not publicly priced.

All registered Copernicus General Users receive monthly quotas at no cost. Quotas reset on the first day of each month. If download volume exceeds the S3/OData/STAC 12 TB monthly transfer quota, bandwidth is reduced to 1 MB/s with a single concurrent connection until the next reset. Extended quotas are available for Copernicus Service projects and ESA Network of Resources participants.
