Bridge Mls Plans Pricing
Bridge does not publish a public self-serve price list for MLS data feeds. Access to the Bridge Web API and RESO Web API is governed by per-dataset licensing agreements between Bridge and the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) or data owner. End-user developers (brokerages, IDX vendors, AVMs, listing portals) request access through Bridge and the MLS approves the data license; once approved Bridge issues per-dataset access tokens. Pricing is not metered per API call — it is set by the underlying MLS data license. A free public test dataset (`test`) is available for evaluation.
Bridge Mls Plans Pricing is the machine-readable pricing-plan profile for Bridge on the APIs.io network, conforming to the API Commons Plans specification.
It defines 3 plans, with named plans including Public Test Dataset, MLS-Licensed Data Feed, Zillow Group Data License.
Tagged areas include Real Estate, MLS, RESO, Listings, and Property Data.
