Bob Plans Pricing
HiBob pricing is module-based rather than tiered. All customers receive a core HR platform and then select add-on modules. Pricing is quoted per employee per month (PEPM) and depends on company size, selected modules, and contract length. HiBob does not publish a public pricing page with fixed rates; quotes are provided via sales engagement.
Bob Plans Pricing is the machine-readable pricing-plan profile for HiBob on the APIs.io network, conforming to the API Commons Plans specification.
It defines 5 plans, with named plans including Core Platform, Core + Performance Management, Core + Engagement and Culture, Core + Compensation Management, Complete Platform.
