Bird Rides Plans Pricing

Bird does not publish a single global price sheet — rider pricing varies per-market and is set in the consumer app via the Bird Platform operator tools. The GBFS `system_pricing_plans.json` feed exists at every city endpoint but is returned empty in most observed markets. This file documents the commercial surfaces (rider, fleet operator, city partner) rather than per-ride rates.

Bird Rides Plans Pricing is the machine-readable pricing-plan profile for Bird on the APIs.io network, conforming to the API Commons Plans specification.

It defines 4 plans, with named plans including Pay-as-You-Go Rides, Bird Community Pricing, Bird Platform — Fleet Operator, Cities Partner Program.

Tagged areas include Micromobility, Shared Mobility, Electric Scooters, E-Scooters, and E-Bikes.

Pay-as-You-Go Rides

Standard per-trip pricing: unlock fee plus per-minute charge, varying by city and vehicle type. Set in-app on a per-market basis by the local Bird operator.

Bird Community Pricing

50% discount program for low-income riders who qualify with public-assistance documentation.

Bird Platform — Fleet Operator
