Digital (Flat Fee)

Entry-level automated investing with tax-loss harvesting, goal-based portfolio management, and access to all core Betterment investment features. Applies when the account balance is under $24,000 without a $200/month recurring deposit.

Digital (AUM-Based)

Standard AUM-based fee tier for accounts between $24,000 and $1,000,000 or accounts with $200+ monthly recurring deposits.

Premium Advisory

Full-service plan combining automated investing with unlimited access to Certified Financial Planners (CFPs). Requires a minimum of $100,000 in eligible Betterment investments.

Betterment at Work (401k)

Employer-sponsored 401(k) plan administration through the Betterment at Work product. Pricing is negotiated per employer based on plan size, number of participants, and features selected. Integrates with 350+ payroll providers.
