Basecamp prices per-product seat (Plus) plus a flat unlimited-seat tier (Pro Unlimited) and a free tier capped at 1 project / 20 users / 1 GB. API access is included with all plans; there is no separate API metering or per-call pricing — quotas mirror the underlying SaaS plan and rate limits are enforced uniformly per IP/account.
