Arcadia does not publish self-serve pricing publicly. All plans are negotiated through enterprise sales engagements and are scoped based on the number of connected utility accounts, selected API modules (Plug, Signal, Switch, Utility Cloud), data volumes, and deployment scale. Prospective customers are directed to request a demo to receive a custom quote. A sandbox environment with API credentials is available for development and testing at no cost.

Free sandbox environment for development and testing. Provides API credentials from the developer dashboard to test integration against simulated utility accounts. No production data access. Access tokens expire after one hour and must be refreshed via the OAuth 2.0 token endpoint.
Production access to Arcadia's APIs is available through a negotiated enterprise agreement. Pricing is based on the number of connected utility accounts, selected product modules (Plug, Signal, Switch, Utility Cloud, DataHub), and data refresh cadence.
